著名美國樂隊 Linkin Park 主音 Chester Bennington 於美國時間 7 月 20 日早上 9 時自殺身亡，享年 41 歲，消息傳出後各界震驚。而原來在他自殺前幾天，他才聯同 Linkin Park 成員參與拍攝《Carpool Karaoke：The Series》系列，當時 Chester Bennington 依然懷着笑臉，並和隊友 Mike Shinoda，Joe Hahn 及演員 Ken Jeong 拍下照片。這系列節目將會於 8 月 8 日正式播放，但既發生這樣的事，未知 Linkin Park 所拍攝的部分會否真的播出，因為 Linkin Park 亦宣布取消接下來的巡演活動。
